Greek style daily cheese (unfortunately in Japan we cannot use the 'F' word but you know what I mean)

This cheese is made from 100% Okinawa goat or cow milk it is a clean cheese with no additives or perservatives, using vegetarian rennet and Okinawa salt. It is made according to the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki`s procedure taught to me.
